In celebration of Mothers Day I will be offering portrait sessions for a $15 sitting fee April 15 through May 10. All participants will receive a complimentary 5×7 Classic series print. All sitting fees will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This would be a great opportunity for “Mom” to have her portrait made with her children and supporting a wonderful cause in the process.

Breast Cancer is a desease I’m all too familar with. Two of my sister-in-laws are breast cancer survivors so it is a charity that is close to my heart. You can make an appointment for a portrait session by phoning 252.726.5799. Walk-ins are always welcome on Wednesday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM or any other time you happen to find me in the studio. There are no minimum purchases required. Additional prints may be purchased. I will donate 10% of all purchase orders to the NCBF as well.

It’s time to post some new monthly specials. Throughout January you can have a portrait session for only $35!. You get a thirty-minute session, an 8×10 and two 5×7 prints included. The prints are printed by a professional lab using high quality papers and chemicals. Each print will be mounted on a single-weight matt board for durability. During an in-studio print viewing and consultation session you’ll get to choose your images for the included prints and receive a 15% discount on any additional prints ordered during this session! Following the consultation session your images will be posted on line for 30 days so your out of town family and friends may view them and order prints if they’d like. You may find a slightly cheaper deal at one of the department store studios, but you certainly won’t get nearly the quality of prints or craftsmanship I’ll deliver.

I’m also going offer a professional head-shot deal all month long. You get a short session, usually about fifteen minutes, during which I’ll take several head-shot style images. You get to choose one image to receive both as a full-resolution image file for print advertising and a low-resolution file for web use. Discounted price for this special is only $25!!! What a great opportunity to spruce up your business card, brochures and website for an exceptionally low price.

The holidays are quickly approaching. While I’m kind of a traditionalist and hate to see Christmas marketing start up before Halloween, the fact is if you want to send photo cards for this holiday season you need to get the images shot, card selection made and order started pretty soon. It’s the only way to insure enough time to get your cards to your friends and family before the season passes! With that in mind I’m offering a free mini-portrait session with any Slimline photo card order during October and Novemember. While you’re limited to a single clothing selection and one back drop, you’ll still end-up with enough poses and photo selections to order a session book, gift or wall portrait or beautiful gallery wrapped canvas portrait if you’d like.
