Because of it&#8217;s &#8220;luck&#8221; this year&#8217;s Olympics began at 8:00 on 08-08-08!  But that luck isn&#8217;t restricted to just China.  Amber Cole &#038; Rich Dawson exchanged their vows in Emerald Isle North Carolina August 8, 2008.  The ceremony was held on the beach in front of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emeraldislebeachclub.com\/\">Dolphin Ridge Club<\/a>, with preparations and the reception taking place in the club house.  Music was provided by <a href=\"mailto:jdrake@clis.com\">DJ John Drake.<\/a> The Best Man, Seth Dawson, prepared  an outstanding meal for the event.
