Danielle McNeill and Jerome McLean were wed May 26 at the Embassy Suites Crabtree Hotel, Raleigh North Carolina. The ceremony took place in the atrium with the reception following in one of the hotel’s banquet rooms. DJ services were provided by Joey D, Swing Time Entertainment, 919-762-1791. Congratulations to Danielle and Jarome.

I did a shoot with Nikki a while back in New Bern.  We shot around Union Point Park and the historic downtown area.

I had the pleasure of attending Zack Arias’ “One Light Workshop” in the DC/VA area this week. If you’re a photographer and you want to learn about how to achieve dramatic, editorial style lighting while maintaining portablity, do consider enrolling in one of these if you get the chance. It was an excellent chance to rebuild my knowledge foundation about lighting, get into the head of a very successful photographer to improve my own creative processes, and to pick-up some new tricks and ideas.
